Ingredients

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup HomePlate Peanut Butter (we used Crunchy!)

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 egg

1 ½ cups flour

¾ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder
-
¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup additional granulated sugar

About 36 chocolate blossom milk chocolates, unwrapped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Using a mixer, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and first ½ C granulated sugar.

Add HomePlate Peanut Butter and the egg and beat on medium speed until well combined.

Using a spoon or spatula, stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in the additional granulated sugar in a separate bowl.

Place dough balls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and immediately press 1 chocolate blossom into the middle of each cookie.
